Old counsel
Derived from the Old English elements 'eald' meaning old and 'raed' meaning counsel. It was a common name in Anglo-Saxon England before the Norman Conquest, representing wisdom and experience. While it fell out of favor for centuries, it retains a scholarly, antique charm.
