Wise counselor or elf counsel
Derived from the Old English name Aelfraed, it combines the elements 'aelf' meaning elf and 'raed' meaning counsel. In ancient folklore, elves were considered supernatural beings with the power of prophecy and wisdom. It was famously borne by Alfred the Great, the 9th-century King of Wessex who defended England against Vikings.
