Myrtle tree
Derived from the Hebrew word 'hadas', referring to the myrtle tree. In Jewish tradition, the myrtle is one of the four species used during the holiday of Sukkot and symbolizes recovery and peace. It is the original Hebrew name of Queen Esther in the Old Testament.
