Woman from Kynthos or moon goddess
Cindia is a rare variant of Cynthia, which originates from the Greek name Kynthia. It refers to a woman from Mount Kynthos on the island of Delos, the mythological birthplace of the moon goddess Artemis. While less common than Cindy or Cynthia, it retains the same celestial and classical associations.
