Follower of Dionysus
Deniss is a rare variant of Denise, which is the feminine form of Dennis. It ultimately derives from Dionysius, the Greek god of wine, fertility, and revelry. While the double 's' spelling is more common as a masculine name in Baltic regions, it is occasionally used as a unique feminine variant in English-speaking contexts.
