Great origin or big source
Taigen is a modern transliteration of Japanese kanji, most commonly associated with 'tai' meaning great or big and 'gen' meaning source or origin. It is also used in Zen Buddhism to refer to the 'Great Origin' of all things. In Western contexts, it is often chosen for its sleek, contemporary sound and similarity to names like Teagan or Reagan.
