Fine silk or green brocade
In Islamic tradition, Sundus refers to the exquisite green silk garments worn by the inhabitants of Jannah (Paradise). It is a name that evokes imagery of luxury, softness, and spiritual reward. The term appears in the Quran to describe the fine raiment of the faithful.
