A plain or meadow; beloved

Sharee is most commonly used as a phonetic spelling variant of Shari, which is a diminutive of Sharon, referring to the fertile coastal plain in Israel. It is also occasionally associated with the French word 'chérie', meaning darling or beloved. The name gained modest popularity in the mid-20th century but remains rare today.
