Lord of the full moon
Derived from the Sanskrit words 'raka', meaning 'full moon', and 'isha', meaning 'lord' or 'ruler'. In Hindu mythology, it is an epithet for the moon itself, personified as a deity. It carries a sense of celestial authority and nocturnal beauty.
