In Hindu mythology, Prahlad was a saintly prince known for his unwavering devotion to Lord Vishnu. Despite the persecution by his father, the demon king Hiranyakashipu, Prahlad remained protected by his faith, leading to the Narasimha avatar of Vishnu.
