Pheobe is a variant spelling of the Greek name Phoebe, which is the feminine form of Phoibos. In Greek mythology, Phoebe was a Titan associated with the moon and prophecy, and the name later became a title for the moon goddess Artemis. This specific spelling is less common than the traditional Phoebe but retains the same celestial associations.
