Grace or favor
Onya is a phonetic spelling of the Irish name Áine or the Russian name Anya. In Irish mythology, Áine was the queen of the fairies and a goddess of summer and wealth, while Anya is a diminutive of Anna, derived from the Hebrew word for grace.
