In Sanskrit, Aanya is often interpreted as meaning 'limitless' or 'inexhaustible'. It is also frequently used as a variant of Anya, which is a Russian diminutive of Anna, ultimately derived from the Hebrew name Hannah meaning 'grace' or 'favor'.
