Noura is a feminine form of the Arabic name Nur, which is one of the 99 names of Allah in Islamic tradition. It carries a strong connotation of divine light and enlightenment. While popular across the Middle East and North Africa, it is increasingly appreciated in the West for its soft, vowel-heavy sound.
