Voice, call, or morning dew
In Slavic languages, Neda is often a diminutive of Nedeljka, meaning 'born on Sunday'. In Persian and Arabic contexts, it translates to 'voice' or 'proclamation', while in some traditions it is also associated with the freshness of morning dew.
