Elf counsel or wise counselor
Alfreda is the feminine form of Alfred, derived from the Old English name Aelfraed. It combines the elements 'aelf', meaning elf, and 'raed', meaning counsel. In ancient folklore, elves were considered supernatural beings with the power of prophecy and wisdom.
