Leader or lion-like
A traditional Welsh name derived from the elements 'llyw', meaning leader, and 'eilun', meaning likeness. It is often associated with the word 'llew', which means lion, giving it a dual sense of leadership and strength. Historically, it was a prominent name among Welsh royalty and remains a symbol of Welsh national identity.
