Sacred grass; son of Lord Rama
In Sanskrit, Kush refers to a type of sacred grass used in Hindu rituals. In Hindu mythology, Kush was one of the twin sons of Lord Rama and Sita. It is also historically associated with the ancient Kingdom of Kush in Northeast Africa.
