Kamill is a rare variation of Camilla, which originates from the Latin term 'camillus'. In ancient Roman religion, this referred to a youth of noble birth who assisted priests during sacred rituals. While the spelling with a 'K' gives it a more modern, international feel, it retains its deep historical roots.
