Jeneen is a phonetic variant of Janine or Jeannine, which are French diminutive forms of Jeanne. It ultimately traces back to the Hebrew name Yochanan, meaning 'God is gracious'. While it gained some moderate use in the mid-20th century, it remains a rare choice today.
