Supplanter or held by the heel
Derived from the Hebrew name Ya'aqov, it traditionally refers to the biblical patriarch born holding his twin brother's heel. In a broader sense, it has come to mean 'one who follows' or 'supplanter' due to the biblical narrative of Jacob taking his brother's place. It has been a consistently popular choice in the Western world for centuries.
