Gift of Isis
Derived from the Greek name Isidoros, it translates to 'gift of Isis,' referring to the Egyptian goddess of fertility and motherhood. It was a popular name among early Christians and was borne by several saints, including the patron saint of farmers and the influential scholar Isidore of Seville.
