God-ruler or good ruler
Derived from the Old English elements 'god', meaning deity or good, and 'ric', meaning ruler or power. It was a common name in Anglo-Saxon England before falling out of favor after the Norman Conquest. It has recently seen a small revival due to its presence in popular fantasy literature.
