Gracious
Gianelly is a modern elaboration of Gianna, which is the Italian diminutive of Giovanna. It ultimately derives from the Hebrew name Yochanan, meaning 'God is gracious'. The '-elly' suffix is a contemporary American addition used to create a more melodic, rhythmic sound.
