Elexa is a modern phonetic variant of Alexa, which is a feminine diminutive of Alexander. It is derived from the Greek name Alexandros, combining 'alexein' (to defend) and 'aner' (man). While less common than its counterparts, it retains the same strong, protective etymological roots.
