Allexa is a modern spelling variant of Alexa, which is a feminine diminutive of Alexander. It is derived from the Greek name Alexandros, combining 'alexein' (to defend) and 'aner' (man). While less common than its single-L counterpart, it retains the same strong, protective etymology.
