Stone of help
Derived from the Hebrew name 'Even ha-Ezer', it refers to a stone set up by Samuel to commemorate God's help to the Israelites. While it has deep biblical roots, it is most famously associated with the protagonist of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.
