Vindication or valley
Denae is often considered a modern American variant of Danae, the mother of Perseus in Greek mythology. It is also frequently associated with the Hebrew name Dinah, which means 'judged' or 'vindicated'. In some contexts, it is interpreted as a feminine form of Dean, referring to a valley.
