Fair breasted or white-breasted
Derived from the Welsh elements 'bron' meaning breast and 'gwen' meaning white, fair, or blessed. In Welsh mythology, the similar name Branwen was the daughter of Llyr and a central figure in the Mabinogion. It remains a classic choice in Wales while feeling distinctive and rare in the United States.
