Bestower of thunder
Derived from the Greek word 'brontē', meaning thunder. It is most famously associated with the literary Brontë sisters, whose surname was originally Brunty or Prunty before being stylized. In Greek mythology, Brontes was one of the three Cyclopes who forged thunderbolts for Zeus.
