Little raven or drop of the sea
Brenna is a feminine name with roots in both Irish and Norse traditions. In Irish, it is often considered a feminine form of Brennan, meaning 'little raven,' while some etymologies link it to the Gaelic word for 'drop.' It gained moderate popularity in the United States during the 1990s but has since become a rare choice for parents.
