Aylinn is a modern variant of the Turkish name Aylin, which refers to the halo of light around the moon. It is also sometimes associated with the Irish name Eileen, meaning bright or shining one. In recent years, it has gained traction as a unique, phonetic spelling in English-speaking countries.
