Fearless or of the royal house of Atreus
Atreyus is a modern variation of the Greek name Atreus. In Greek mythology, Atreus was the King of Mycenae and the father of Agamemnon and Menelaus. The name is often associated with the protagonist of the 1979 fantasy novel The Neverending Story, though spelled Atreyu in that context.
