Melodious or high-born
Arionne is a modern feminine elaboration of Arion, a name from Greek mythology belonging to a divine immortal horse and a talented musician. It may also be influenced by the Greek 'aristos', meaning best or most excellent, or the Hebrew 'ari' meaning lion.
