Mountain of strength or high mountain
Arek is primarily a Polish diminutive of Arkadiusz, though it is often used independently. It is also frequently associated as a variant of the Hebrew name Aaron, which means mountain of strength or exalted. In contemporary usage, it serves as a short, punchy alternative to more traditional Slavic or biblical names.
