Aliyanah is a modern elaboration of the Arabic name Aliyah. It carries the meaning of rising or being exalted, often used to denote high social standing or spiritual elevation. The addition of the '-nah' suffix is a contemporary American trend to create a more melodic, multi-syllabic sound.
