Servant of Nego
Abednego is a Babylonian name meaning 'servant of Nego' (a corruption of the god Nebo). In the Old Testament, it is the name given to Azariah, one of the three Hebrew youths who survived the fiery furnace. It represents steadfast faith under pressure.
