Yoana is a Bulgarian and Spanish variant of Joanna, ultimately derived from the Hebrew name Yochanan. It shares the same etymological roots as Jane and Joan, signifying the divine favor of God. While rare in the United States, it is a well-established classic in Eastern Europe and parts of Latin America.
