Yliana is a rare variant of Eliana or Iliana. It is often associated with the Greek name Helios, meaning 'sun', or the Latin 'Aeliana', meaning 'sun'. In some contexts, it is also viewed as a variation of the Hebrew name meaning 'my God has answered'.
