Chief or leader; letters from the Quran
Yaseen is derived from the Arabic letters 'Ya' and 'Sin', which form the title of the 36th chapter of the Quran. It is traditionally considered one of the names of the Prophet Muhammad, often interpreted to mean 'O Human' or 'Chief'.
