Valorous, victorious, or stride
Derived from the Sanskrit elements 'vi' (away, across) and 'krama' (stride, step), it often refers to a 'great stride' or 'valor'. In Hindu mythology, it is an epithet of the god Vishnu and is associated with the legendary King Vikramaditya.
