Follower of Tatius or fairy queen
A modern American elaboration of Tatiana, which is the feminine form of the Roman name Tatianus. It ultimately derives from the Roman family name Tatius, belonging to a legendary king of the Sabines. In Slavic cultures, it is often associated with the 'fairy queen' of folklore.
