Heart or courageous
Derived from the Aramaic name Thaddai, it is often interpreted as meaning 'heart' or 'courageous.' In the New Testament, it is the name of one of the twelve apostles, sometimes identified as Jude. The name has a scholarly, vintage appeal that has seen a modest revival in recent years.
