Teodoro is the Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian form of the Greek name Theodoros. It is composed of the elements 'theos', meaning God, and 'doron', meaning gift. While its English counterpart Theodore is very popular, Teodoro remains a rare and distinctive choice in the United States.
