Tearsa is a rare variant of the Hebrew name Tirzah. In the Old Testament, Tirzah was the name of one of the daughters of Zelophehad and also the name of an ancient Canaanite city that served as a capital of the northern kingdom of Israel. It conveys a sense of beauty and favor.
