Fairy queen
A Russian variant of Tatiana, which is derived from the Roman family name Tatius. It is traditionally associated with the legendary King of the Sabines, Titus Tatius, and later became popularized by the 3rd-century martyr Saint Tatiana.
Less common today
Tatiyana isn't in the latest US Top 1000. It last peaked at #1,137 in 1999.
