Prophetess or oracle
Sibel is the Turkish form of the Greek name Sibylla, referring to the ancient female oracles known as Sibyls. In Turkish culture, it is also sometimes associated with the Phrygian goddess Cybele, the mother of the gods. It represents wisdom and divine foresight.
