Gracious
Sian is the Welsh form of Jane, which itself is a feminine form of John. It ultimately derives from the Hebrew name Yochanan, meaning 'God is gracious'. While historically a feminine name in Wales, it is occasionally used as a unisex name in other English-speaking contexts.
