Groundsel or ragwort flower
Derived from the Hebrew word for the groundsel flower, which is known for its yellow blossoms and silvery, feathery seed heads. In modern Israel, it is also the name of an affluent town near Tel Aviv, giving the name a sophisticated and geographical association.
