Tabernacle or sanctuary
Derived from the Spanish word for 'tabernacle,' the place where the Eucharist is kept in a church. It refers specifically to the Virgin Mary as the 'Sagrario de la EucaristΓa' (Sanctuary of the Eucharist). It is a traditional Marian name used primarily in Spanish-speaking Catholic communities.
